Story
"Ever since COVID-19 hit, I saw many of my beloved hawker stalls and restaurants closed down. As Singapore rapidly urbanized, fewer young people are willing to take up this laborious work. As a young chef working in the restaurant, I felt the need to step out of my comfort zone and pursue my love for local food while preserving Singapore's Heritage Hawker Culture."
"We ordered take away for 100 pax after some good initial food tasting. Ordered the chicken wings, fish and otah sets. Loved the way they packed the sambal & ikan bilis/kacang separately, so you can customise yourself. Egg cooked to perfection, and the rice was very fragrant."
Superb lemak! The flavor of the rice, wing and fish is rich and not overwhelming. Chilli is fantastic, not too spicy and truly elevates the entire dish. Mighty impressed by this young hawker talent.
Went down to give support!! All the way from woodlands!! The Nasi lemak here was absolutely best , especially their famous chicken wings, was so crispy, definitely be back again for sure!! Very highly recommended, do show some love ya~
